Bug reports/feature requests don't describe the majority of our tickets in the past, which were authored internally (as opposed to the community-driven development these templates seem to come from) and created core functionality. I'm not sure how well these templates will fit our stuff in the future, or whether they integrate with projects (all of our issues should be in the project), but I'm good with leaving them mostly as-is for now.

In general I've requested removing sections from these templates so we don't delete as much when filling them out (i.e. we probably won't be including screenshots) and to keep them from being overwhelming.
